E — ESCUCHA: Escucha el audio del Coach con atención total. Detecta el ritmo, la entonación y cómo se conectan las palabras.

C — COPIA: Repite intentando sonar lo más parecido posible al original. No solo digas las palabras — imita la energía.

H — HAZ AJUSTES: Si no suena igual, ajusta. Corrige el ritmo, la fuerza del sonido y la conexión entre palabras.

O — OTRA VEZ: Entrena hasta que el patrón sea un reflejo automático. No cuentes repeticiones — busca maestría.
